UBW Production Manager/Lighting Supervisor

The Production Manager/Lighting Supervisor (PM/LS) is an integral part of the production team for Urban Bush Women. Supervised by UBW’s Producer and Director of Production, Booking & Touring, the Production Manager/Lighting Supervisor serves as key point person for technical and production aspects of UBW’s performance productions and all touring engagements.

UBW Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for advising and working with the Executive Director on a full spectrum of organizational issues, while collaborating across the entire organization between various departments and teams. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Urban Bush Women organization, as well as providing leadership to and the coordination of the Human Resources, Operations, and Finance teams.
